She's always had that vein, botox or not, I noticed it in movies where she's bugging out/emotional.
She's also always had oversized horsey features and now that her skin is aging they stand out more. Holy crepey-ness. Aging really is a bitch.
Love that necklace, though, beautiful yellow.

That yellow diamond makes it to more red carpet events than some people. Beyonce' wore it once and someone else has worn it in the past year. I love Julia Roberts' pantsuit.
