I understand the sitting and standing difference in the first pix. I remember how my bump was much smaller sitting than while standing. But, then she's standing in the same stretchy bottoms and top and doesn't look very pregnant. They must be very large?
Nothing will beat Katie and her weird-ass bump or Beyonce's disappearing one.

the up and down bump isn't a red flag, and i have no doubt eelaria's pregnant. most of the pregnant women i knew had different size bellies in the morning and at the end of the day and that's normal. but not a collapsible one like beyonce or katie's bizarro situation. with beyonce i'm more willing to give her the benefit of the doubt because that was the only time it looked weird, whereas with katie i think even if suri is tom's there's a chance they fudged the birth timeline for reasons that only make sense to xenu.

One of her previous pregnant bellies looked like it had corners .... in the first one she's got skintight clothes and she's arching her back and sticking her belly forward, in the other she's wearing baggy pj's and bending forward, and you can't see her back at all, it's just a crop, and the light is completely different. but in the last photo, the shadow next to her hand definitely indicates a volume difference between her belly and crotch so i think there's definitely belly. i also wouldn't be surprised if she used some kind of distortion filter in the first photo that makes her belly look bigger. look at the angles on her face in that first photo, it's pretty elfin. lots of influencers use those, it's why their legs look so long and you don't realise it's off until you focus on the length of their feet. so yeah, i don't see any cause to suspect a pillow baby. *shrugs*
eta: there are a few IG accounts that focus on exposing how filtered/distorted social media feeds are, and how much influencers filter/edit/distort their photos and how basically anyone can do that if they learn to pose in the right angles and use all the filters available. one is danaemercer, her feed is basically a masterclass in how these women pose so as to make their waists look tiny, butts look big but firm (no cellulite!), legs that go one forever (thanks to the distorting/pulling filter), etc. and i'm sure mommy bloggers use the same trick to make their bellies look like pointy missiles while hollowing out their backs and making the rest of them look thinner. it's kind of fascinating in a sick way.

I believe she's got a real baby in there. I wouldn't put it past her to be using a distortion filter in the belly-showing-off photo, but she's one of those who is able to do pregnancy like this and she obvs takes a lot of pride in it. So it could be her real belly slightly emphasized.
She's got a real pregnancy/childbirth/baby fetish. But that's just part and parcel of her overall obsession with herself, especially her physical body and its capabilities.
