Yes they can and have said they will. I think the problem with a successful appeal is that the very basis of the criminal charges is blackmail people who could be witnesses against him. Not whether he is a flight risk or not. For that reason, I kind of think he's going to be sitting in the pokey for quite a while. I'm so glad they finally are going after him and have put him where he belongs, I knew he was scum but I didn't realize it went so deep. Who else is involved here? Surely he is not the only guilty party they should be going after...
I do have so many questions though, specifically about his relationship with J-Lo and Biebs, it's really no one's business but I'm sure there's some interesting tea there.

One of the articles says he "has a Ghislaine Maxwell of his own" who might turn star witness. I think that's what it said. Also, I wonder how telling it is that Lopez won't say a peep about him. I thought she learned her lesson already from the tape she made with Ojani Noa. But there could have always been a hidden recording or something. |

I've gone down rabbit holes of the way he was treated by the media when he was a kid and it's really crazy some of the things grown adults will say to these young celebrities and the people responsible for their safety and well being just allow it. Anyway, I have a soft spot for him. I know a lot of people think he's a total asshat but I think it was all a product of his teenage years. |

There's certainly a lot to speculate on. It is entirely possible that Diddy did a good job of shielding anyone under age from his side businesses, have we heard any instances of underage girls being trafficked or at these parties? I guess being a shitbag creep asshole to women doesn't necessarily mean your a pedophile.
On the other hand Bieber was so close to him for long and at such a fragile age, given his behaviors and demons it's hard to not assume he wasn't exposed to it or even a part of it on some level.
Honestly, I hope for his sake and the sake of his son he can stay as far out of this as possible and that he genuinely has nothing to contribute as far as evidence or anything like that goes.

I also wonder about when Diddy and Bad Boy Records was really popular back in the late 90's early 00's and the people he was constantly around at that time; Mariah Carey (did they date? I don't remember...), Mase, Usher, his girl group Dream...
I guess I wonder if this behavior didn't start on such a level until recently? It's just crazy to me that he can pull off this charade for over 30 years especially working so closely with people who seemingly have clean records who are well liked.

While we were at the gym, the news was saying that his lawyer had additionally offered to have "no female visitors" if he could be released pending trial. I mean, that is only the BEGINNING of the issue. The severity of the charges basically imply that you would almost have to keep him incommunicado with the outside world, except lawyer meetings and monitored conversations with friends and relatives in order to have a fair trial where witnesses felt safe. |

Everybody went to Diddy parties back in the day when he was at the height of his popularity and power.
But the orgies and freak offs were probably another level. And given what we know about Usher, we know he wasn't just abusing women. I would not be shocked if there were underage participants. But I think he could have been smart enough about it to make sure everyone was 18. At least anyone who mattered in his estimation, like up and coming stars.
I would not be shocked if there were some big names who stuck around for the after after stuff. People he probably has receipts for and has bought their silence.
Those pics and videos where young Biebs is standing next to Diddy are creepy. Justin does not look comfortable. But looks like he's trying to be cool about it. Like a kid who's a rising star would probably act if getting to hang out with Diddy at the time. Even if he wasn't actively abused or expected to participate in anything weird I have no doubt he witnessed enough things being done or talked about by adults to fuck him up at that age.
Also: I know it still hasn't been proved, but I have no doubts this motherfucker had Tupac AND Biggie killed.
Those receipts are gonna be his undoing because like a dumbass, he also recorded himself. This is just an example of how untouchable he felt like he was. Add that to being vile enough to do these things in the first place and we will probably never know the extent to which he abused others. I hope people like maids and drivers and hotel workers come forward.
It sickens me that he has children, especially daughters. I wanna know what's going on with these girls because they can't be 18 yet. Is someone raising them?
