As someone who will be brutally honest and get flak for it from time to time, her boobs do not look saggy or pancake-like to me.
They look like what most people's tits that are small to average and not artifically inflated would in a heavy-ish dress like this that pushes them in somewhat.
The crotch of that body suit looks more awkward to me than the boob area.
Sydney looks like she's gained weight (and she could afford to) and has pageant hair here.

It really does and the entire dress looks like it was designed and made for someone who is a supermodel 5' 10". The neckline isn't right for her proportions and there's just a little too much length to the dress as a whole. Sydney's dress looks like it belongs to a Real Housewife. |

It looks like it is almost totally obscured by the mesh dress. Plus, the photos are at max resolution. |

It reminds me of the scene in Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, where Connor4Real is doing a quick change on stage and the curtain falls to reveal him naked, with all his junk tucked up like a Ken doll. I wish I could post pics.
