Surely he's fit. I loathe the man but to give the devil his due, he appears to treat his crew well and he's dedicated to doing his own stunts and making good movies.

It could be real. He's not that elderly yet and some men do keep their hair.
But I don't care for this look either. His hair looks like it belongs on a 15 year old.
I thought he looked good in the Top Gun Maverick movie. I think he does keep in shape. He's just a shorty.
