This reminds me of an insane final example question I had in first-semester college physics. Basically, the exam question was: Person A and Person B are sitting 1.5 m opposite from each other on a boat The boat weighs 25 kg. Person A weighs 75 kg. Person B's weight is unknown. If Person A and Person B get up and trade seats, and the boat moves 5m in the direction of the seat that Person B is now in, how much does the boat weigh? This question was so insane that when someone asked the professor to work it out for an exam review - in front of about 200 students - HE couldn't do it - and he wrote the freaking textbook we were using. He was obviously embarrassed and said, "See you at the final" and left the lecture hall while the rest of us stared with our mouths hanging open. And he STILL gave us that question (among other questions) on the final. I remember standing outside later with some friends and comparing answers to the question. One friend said, "I got 300 kg." I replied, "if that was the answer, the exam question should have mentioned that the boat was at the bottom of the lake." Oh, and I was relieved to get a "C" for that class.

Why is this so true? I've arrived at the point that I pretty much only look good under the lighting of my bathroom and the absolute worst under the elevator lights at work, yikes.
