Cathy looks good for 40 but she smokes & was a sunbather & it adds up. She has some really great fillers & Botox which help.

S Koreans are very careful re sun. They also have some of the best skin care innovation & PS in the world.

South Korea has been dubbed the plastic surgery capital of the world though.  It's hard to tell what's natural or not. I'd say she's had some help to look that young.

She looks amazing, if it's surgery it's very well done, it could also very well just be good genes and great skin care products (I have followed the Korean beauty routine for years and I think the technique plus the products really helps your skin looking and feeling youthful)

With the amount of legs we could see from Kate in that stepping out of the car shoot I also had hopes but of course the design crushed them XD

Kim looks her age to me and I don't mean that negatively. She looks great but also her age. And I'm referring to black/Asian aging standards when I say she looks her age. That's what an Asian or black 50 usually looks like. My sister is 52 and looks that way.

Kate looks quite old for her age by those same standards.

I hate Kate's outfit but I do like the picture where she's getting out of the car.

Kate is only 41. But she looks it.

When you're female and caucasian, determined to stay a ridiculous size 00-2 and as narrow as a small child at 5'9" which is NOT your body's norm, especially by starving and smoking, you're going to at least look your age if not older. No matter your money and resources.

She is proof of this.

If she put on weight no one would praise her youthful face, she’d get shit for not being perfectly fit and thin and there would be comments that with her money and resources there’s no excuse for her not to be training like mad and looking perfectly toned, like that fatty Lourdes Leon
Is there a magical half pound window that’s “just right” and you’re not too skinny or letting yourself go? I doubt it. And if there is it’s even smaller than an avocado’s 15 minutes of perfect ripeness

I personally think she's too thin but she looks like a "normal" 40 year old in the face.
I think that we're too used to seeing the kim-botox version that "normal" looks old now.
Also Cathy's filler & Botox are exceptionally well done - as they should be with her disposable income.

i think we see so many retouched images of kate's face that it is striking when you see a pic that isn't.

the worst of those white dresses is sophie's sleeves. like something you'd see on a kid's dress. and i'm surprised that kate wore such a LOUD outfit. especially when contrasted with the south korean lady.

i would like letizia's pants if they were a size smaller.
