Usually she wears extensions but if she’s wearing them in these pics I can’t see them.
They also retouch the hell out of her pictures. Her candids look nothing like the retouched pictures.
Will looks a million times better with a beard.

You can really see them as they wear off (plus Photoshop). |

Kate has a shitload of hair. She might occasionally wear extensions or pieces when she does certain updos but I think most of the time it’s all hers. Here she is in her student days, pre fame and royalty. agree about the amazing Botox and filler work. I think she might also have had a very subtle (and very good) nose job.   |

I wanna know what and how much she (really, truly) eats in a day/week. If she'd always been this size such things would never occur to me.
I do remain amazed that she doesn't look older in the face due to her consistent commitment to a level of thinness that doesn't come naturally to her. And that her hair still looks this good. She should have superior access to anything she would need to assist in all this. But it's still quite an achievement. Especially given everything else she's been through with her health.
I can believe the hair is hers. I have a lot myself, and I'm 11 years older than her. The only thing that ever made me wonder is the fact that she had cancer treatment. But not all cancer treatments cause hair loss, so maybe hers didn't.
It seems like every famous person with a lot of long, healthy-looking (very important distinction there) hair is assumed that they must have extensions or hairpieces. Even if they're in their 30s or younger. I know a lot of people in the real world over 40, 50 with real hair that is long, thick and healthy. So I don't know where this comes from. Are hairpieces and extensions really this popular?

good, thick hair isn't that rare.
look at martha stewart. i was just watching the documentary and i've always envied her hair but watching that, i envy it even more now. it's thick, has the perfect amount of waviness/body, great colour. even in her 80s the woman still has incredible hair.
money, access to personal trainers and chefs to make you perfectly balanced, perfectly portioned, nutritious meals (probably with a shit ton of protein and very few carbs, no salt, no sugar - ever, nothing processed), and the fact that you're under pressure to constantly look perfectly thin and fit, mean that it's not that hard over time to maintain an exercise routine and diet and stay as thin as kate. i know women nowhere near as rich as kate who do it too, through sheer discipline and will power. and probably orthorexia.
and especially if to begin with you're already naturally quite thin and better looking than most which, let's face it, most celebrities and women who marry rich, are. sucks but it's true.

I'm not criticising her but having had conversations with a trichologist that was a national specialist in wigs & hair pieces, well, I know what I think based on professional opinion.

IMO, Kate actually looks prettier now than when she was younger with a fuller face. Must be her bone structure.

I don't even think she has extensions. I think she is just more pampered now, has better stylists and wears her hair longer. So now I wonder if people who see me on the street assume my hair is fake. It's not.  Yes, Martha Stewart is a great example. |
