Catherine, Princess of Wales, has left hospital almost two weeks after having abdominal surgery. A statement from Kensington Palace said the princess has now returned to her home in Windsor and that she is "making good progress". She was driven away from the London Clinic private hospital without any public appearance. The exact nature of the surgery has not been revealed, but the princess will need months of recuperation. The princess had spent 13 nights in hospital since her operation and is not expected to return to official duties until after Easter. Kensington Palace said the Prince and Princess of Wales wanted to send a "huge thank you" to the medical team at the central London hospital and for the "well wishes they have received from around the world". The palace statement said the princess would "continue her recovery" from home. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-68127598Was this addiction rehab? 13 nights with months of recovery? Wow. Y'all know that Meghan did it to her!!!!

Surgery with months of recuperation? That sounds implausible, unless it's surgery relating to another issue... like an eating disorder maybe? Even hysterectomies don't take women out for months and months.

Even hysterectomies don't take women out for months and months. It can take about 8 weeks to fully recover from something like stoma surgery. Not suggesting that's what she had, but just saying it's not implausible she had something that will take that long.

lots of wild speculation. they'd be better off actually letting people know what's going on. i don't get the direct jump to drugs and eating disorders though. she's thin but not more than letizia or other women in public facing roles who obviously are very strict about food and exercise. i don't see any signs of a disorder so off the rails she'd have enough damage to call for surgery. and if it were rehab, she could do it quietly at home in a month, it would actually take less time than this.
another thing to remember is that these people don't actually need their 'jobs' to earn a living, and therefore kate has the luxury to take 8 weeks to recover at home from a surgery that a regular mortal might only have gotten 3-4 weeks to recover from, unless they're in a country or a company with very generous medical leave.
but yeah, i think she's got something serious. maybe some kind of surgery that requires a temporary colostomy bag which would explain why she wouldn't want to be making public appearances. or maybe even cancer, despite the statements to the contrary, but they don't want to admit that, or at least not yet, not until she's out of the woods.

Yeah, you wouldn't think that from the UK press. Also, yeah maybe she is taking longer because she can but my scumbag fraudulent welfare claiming neighbour was in hospital for 10 days for a hernia repair & that was NHS. Having had 3 babies it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case, but the clinic does elective surgery too so who knows.

Vaginoplasty to keep Wandering Wills at home? 😈 From what I read about Wandering Wills' preferences, it wouldn't be her lady bits that need tightening.

I haven't worn anything like what Bea is sporting since about fifth grade. I was going to say, why is Bea dressed like a Mennonite? And I say that as someone who loves black and grey. I like the color of Letitzia’s dress, though.
