She & her mother look exactly alike to me.
I also like Gwyneth's short hair here. I remember now when she was dating Brad Pitt they had pretty much the same haircut, so I'm guessing this photo was from around that time.
I think her hair looked best when it was short. She should try it again, or maybe even a "lob" haircut.
