Edit- Google says it's mid 70s there.
Apparently that's an anti stress patch on her arm, I've never heard of those before.

She's beautiful, but often seems a little too thin. Kate, to me, is a slightly more extreme example of being thin with no muscle tone.

She's got on a sweater underneath, plus that scarf which looks bulky, (even though the material itself doesn't look like it), & a coat? Even at 70 degrees, that seems like a whole lot of clothes. She looks frighteningly thin. I wonder if the coat is to try & sort of hide how skinny her legs are. It reminds me of when Nicole Richie was shockingly thin (she's still thin, but looks healthier than she has in a long time) |

She's always had thin lower legs but now they look like sticks! I've seen birds with more calf definition. And a camera supposedly adds 10 pounds.
