Stains on her dress, chalk? The blonde hair is too yellow and yes, she is a mess. She has aged a lot and the lack of body fat makes her look so harsh. I always wonder if she is really the gaunt type or if menopause, stress, or her health problems have caused this (I don't even think she's doing drugs). Or is it simply that she can't get her eating disorder under control and dysmorphia makes her believe she looks good. We all age but this goes way beyond that. When I think about how breathtakingly attractive she's been - she's a shadow of her former self.

Just FYI and as a possible excuse for the white marks on her dress - I was given the best hand lotion in the world to use during chemotherapy and radiation, and I later realized it left white smudges on every black and navy item I wore. Adjust the waist? White marks. Straighten the neckline? White marks. Unfortunately I now use it only at home, but there is another answer for white fingerprints on her black outfit rather than poor grooming.

Or, sometimes when I use dry shampoo and later run my fingers through my hair, if I touch dark clothing it can leave marks like that too

^^^ or face make up if you have a habit of touching your face. or you just touch a wall or something in the city that's covered in dust/grime and then it gets on your clothes.
