i woke up craving a greasy egg sandwich so i made one with toasted gf bread, mashed avocado, poached eggs and crumbled italian sausage and it was amazing.

two soft boiled eggs in a bowl with shredded cabbage, half an avocado (cubed and slightly smashed), dukkah, bit of fermented pepper, crushed hemp seeds and some crushed pecans, with a drizzle of vinaigrette. that's been my breakfast/lunch at least a few times a week for the past few weeks. i can't do sweet breakfasts so i'm always looking for protein rich breakfasts that aren't just meat and i'm pretty happy with this concoction but it probably sounds gross lol

Sunday dinner was lamb in mint and rosemary gravy with carrot, broccoli, baby corn, green beans, peas and potatoes after which we both fell asleep. Neither of us felt like anything later on but now I've got the munchies so I'm sneaking a blueberry muffin for supper.

I love reading this thread it's all ordinary stuff then there is Sput.....
I've just had sausage casserole with mash potatoes and sliced cucumber in a greek yogurt/fresh basil/fresh corriander leaf dressing/dip. I think I stuck some dried parsley and pepper in there too. Loving crunching on cucumber at the moment, so fresh.

Hahaha Do you mean my weirdo hippie breakfast or the chicken? The chicken is a dead easy nyt cooking recipe and they sell gochujang at trader joe’s here, it’s just fermented chilly paste
