I was just reading a Reddit post about this. everyone there said people who were concerned were just "concern trolling" and "don't actually care about her wellbeing if they think she should be controlled". incredibly dumb judgmental shit. I rolled my eyes so hard I now have a concussion. Britney didn't deserve to be under the incredible control she was under for more than a decade but she clearly needs some kind of guidance. we get that her body is great, but please stop posting nudes every other day. literally nobody is asking for it.

Um, what? Not that she looks old and she's amazingly fit, but no, girl. You look your age. Just because you're stunted at 15 or so doesn't mean you also look younger than your age, chronologically.
Also- all the money in the world and nudes on the daily, yet still can't fix that fucking hair.

Kim’s nudes are carefully posed, lighted, & photoshopped. Britney’s have a manic, desperate vibe to them. It would be different if she had hair & makeup done & had a professional photographer take her pics, IMO. These just reek of being impulsive & seeking attention, & are not sexy at all.

I wonder if the #freebritney crowd expected Britney to emerge from a 13-year conservatorship as "The New and Improved Britney!" For most people, a lot has happened in the last 13 years, never mind how much the world has changed even in the past 3-5 years...or even the last 3-5 months for that matter. Britney really is more than likely stunted at the time she went into the conservatorship, or maybe even a few years before that, because that's when her life as she knew it stopped. That would make her mentally in her mid to late 20s, and outwardly, she doesn't seem to have grown or moved past that time period at all. The last time she was making her own decisions, Maxim magazine was still relevant. Even the way she dresses (when she dresses) looks exactly the same as it did way back in 2003. I don't mean her style is the same, I mean her clothing is exactly the same. It's like she replaces her wardrobe piece by piece with exact replicas. Even if you're someone who doesn't care about trends, the clothing selection at the stores changes at least a little bit and her street style is very "Walmart teen section." And none of this is to shame her for sharing her life however she likes, in the nude or not, but for her situation, this does come off as desperate. I agree holly - Kim K is a totally different and more controlled ball of wax. |
