Re the kidney donor, I read up a little and I don't know, what exactly did she expect, to be mentioned and thanked in every interview Selena did for the rest of her life? Did she think Selena would/should help her advance her career? I don't think it was a diss when Selena said Taylor was her only industry friend, she was talking about not being part of the cool girl celebrities. Sure, her friend is in the industry but not a celebrity, a working actor, yes. She has a good number of imdb entries but nothing blockbuster. The kidney donation is part of her imdb bio.
Don't get me wrong, she did a generous thing but I wouldn't exactly call it selfless when she's still talking (complaining) about it years later. All I can say is, don't do something like that expecting lifetime adulation for your sacrifice. There are people who give a kidney to a stranger and don't expect anything in return.

From what I’ve read, the donor is not only pissed off about the diss, but that Selena was still drinking and drugging after the surgery.

I feel like I should also add this in somewhere: If Hailey wasn't from a family of religious posers who have to keep up this pretense of not fucking until marriage, there might not have been the rush to get married and she could have just dated Justin for awhile. It's a whole lot easier to extricate yourself from toxic fuckery if you aren't legally bound to it. But I'm guessing daddy would not have approved. And I think this is also specifically why he chose Hailey. That's probably the only thing she had that Selena didn't and could no longer claim, as crude as that sounds. The more I think on it, the more I think this quickie marriage was all about getting back at Selena. And I think Hailey is starting to realize what she stepped into was just a game, not twu wuv. If she really thinks Selena is the problem she's mistaken. Hopefully their religion (whatever evangelical brand Stephen Baldwin is subscribing to since he found Jesus and stopped making decent movies) is okay with divorce. Because it sounds like she needs out of this mess herself. All the more reason she needs to stay away from him. I think him going so far as to marry Hailey helped her make the final break she probably needed to for years.Ever since Hailey has been with him she looks like she's been a bit of a junkie herself. I don't think this dude is good for any woman. He definitely had no business running off and getting hitched to someone until he sorted his own shit out. But try telling even an average person this and they'll often not listen. Especially a man. So a young white male entitled celebrity at the level of Biebs...forget it? These two ladies will be the first in a string of women he probably drags toward a downward spiral. I think with her medical issues he was particularly dangerous for Selena. I don't think she'd be here today if she hadn't gotten away from him. Some people are insecure, short-sighted arseholes like that who can't see beyond their need to feel like they are "better" than someone else. I remember the girl my psycho ex cheated on me with looking like the cat who'd got the whole damn creamery when we split. She was so desperate to sock it to me that she let him pretty much move in with her within weeks and the pair of them made a point of hanging out at the places I (used to) go to so she could smug-smirk at me as much as possible while almost sucking his dick in public. One of these days I really should thank her for taking him off my hands. It was one of the greatest things anyone has ever done for me lol. |

i don't get the hailey bieber hate. she seems nice, and pretty harmless. i also don't get the drug accusations, she doesn't look or act like she's on drugs and i've never heard any rumours. and i kind of feel sorry for her if bieber is a domineering asshole but she puts up with it because of her bullshit religious upbringing. it's ridiculous that these people are going through this in public.

They both have looked enough like junkies to me in photos that I've commented on it several times for as long as they've been together. For young people they seem to have a bunch of health issues since getting hitched that are pretty sus.
I felt equal parts pity and exasperation in regard to Hailey. Douchey religious poser dad to even bigger douche husband = pity. Exasperation that they kept trying to make Hailey "happen" as something other than a celebspawn.
But then this little incident happened, I found out she was friends with the K-hole/Jenners, and subsequently found myself down that rabbit hole (a bit) that is her SWF obsession with Selena. Now I'm creeped out.
None of this shit would be public if they didn't put it out there.

I don’t know what junkies you’ve been hanging out with but the ones I know don’t look like hailer bieber. Like others said there are more rumours about Selena though I think those are probably exaggerated as well. As for her health issues, an ovarian cyst, and a blood clot probably caused by birth control hardly seem sus. I had a roommate in college that had the same thing from the pill, she was just unlucky to be in the 0.00whatever perfect that suffer that very rare side effect. I don't think she's as big a junkie (yet) as he is. But they both have looked like shit in enough pics since being together that it definitely looks like some late nights doing any number of things is going on. Maybe they just don't take care of themselves. Justin in particular has looked like hot shit on multiple occasions going way back to before Hailey.
But no, they're not exactly Amy Winehouse and Blake at this point, true enough. I don't know a lot of drug-free people her age and otherwise healthy appearance (up until hooking up with Justin) having strokes but I suppose it can happen. I've seen women (esp if over 30) who smoke, drink, drug and/or are overweight have cardiovascular issues with hormonal BC. Obviously there are risks.
Her having health issues that have flared up since hooking up with him is a red flag to me. Anyone her age with her resources (and married to a celebrity) stroking out I'm going to immediately suspect drugs are a possible factor, even without papshots of them looking like hot shit. I don't think that would even be unusual.
Ultimately we don't know these people. The problem is really Justin here. These ladies are just collateral damage. I'm sure he gets a lot of validation from this attention, even if negative attention and directed towards his wife. Ultimately it's all involving ladies HE either used to or currently is having sex with. And that would be more than just Selena and Hailey, if rumors are to be believed.

Honestly, I don't know much about this, just what I've googled since this thread started. I did see a youtube where the friend was saying she shouldn't be drinking. I didn't see anything about any drugging or even heavy drinking, just that she was seen drinking a glass of wine somewhere. Maybe there's more to it that I didn't read. But I don't think it's right for the friend going public about it, or continuing to do interviews and bringing up her big sacrifice. Not saying it wasn't a big sacrifice and I'm sorry if she regrets it but it seems like she wants continued attention about it and/or is pissed off because she doesn't think Selena is grateful enough. |

If I'm a celebrity with people watching my every move and I just had an organ transplant and the world knew about it, that would be reason alone you would never see me with anything that looked like an alcoholic drink in my hand. Why give people a reason to talk shit?

It’s not like she’s an alcoholic and was drinking after she had a liver transplant.
As for the donor stuff I thought it was a bit weird too. If you give someone a kidney, you gave it to them, free of conditions. You shouldn’t be using it to leverage a friendship or make comments in public. I don’t know much about Selena but I thought it was weird and manipulative on the part of the donor.

Social drinking is fine after a kidney transplant. It’s getting shitfaced day after day that would be problematic. Selena is a young woman with a chronic health issue that is systemic. It can, more than likely will, take a huge toll on her body and overall health for a lifetime. If she wants a couple of glasses a wine each week, that’s between her and her Nephrologist imo.
