I've always thought she had an odd face, even in her prime. But this looks so bloated or like she retains water or something. In very sharp contrast to her youthful dress style.

I was thinking it looked like a combo of lip filler & hypothyroid face. Did a search, & it turns out she has thyroid disease.

She used to be so pretty, but her face isn't aging well. She's developing marionette mouth from habitually turning down the corners of her mouth. Perhaps that comes from dealing with Charlie Sheen (and now his daughter) for so many years.
