I do this most days, but only for a few minutes because I'm lazy and have so much to do. It really does bring down the puffiness. I do 10 'swipes' from ear to shoulder on the sides of my neck, 10 under my jaw (toward the ear), 10 on my cheeks (toward my ear) under my cheekbone and 10 on my forehead toward my temples ... the forehead one doesn't seem to do much but it feels nice. The neck, jaw and cheeks makes a HUGE difference in any puffiness from water retention and general fatness lol. Also leaves me glowing for several hours, which is swell.
I'm not sure about the long term impact but it all makes me feel very fancy and is pretty quick. I tend to do mine after I put on my serums and moisturizer before it all has a good chance to soak in, so I've got a fair bit of 'slickness' to work with. Toward the end (my forehead) it can start to feel not as well lubricated so I just stop when it feels like it's not sliding as well as I'd like.

I also like Tanaka facial massage. It makes your face kind of red initially, but it really slims everything down and doesn’t require any tools. Feels great too.
