Obvious choices (can't do this without making a list) Norman Lear (100!) and celebs in their nineties like: Henry Kissinger (99) Jimmy Carter (98) Eva Marie Saint (98) Dick van Dyke (97) Lee Grant (97, despite her Jennifer Anniston hair and PS, ugh) Mel Brooks (96) Tony Bennett (96) David Attenborough (96) Harry Belafonte (95) Gina Lolobrigida (95) Rosanlynn Carter (95, Jimmy Carter's wife) Burt Bacharach (94)Gene Hackman (92) Robert Wagner (92) Clint Eastwood (92) octogenarians: Joan Collins (89, 90 in May, who for the first time in her life seems to be getting older) Yoko Ono (89, has not been seen in public much since she had a stroke) Quincy Jones (89, from what I've seen and heard now wheelchair bound) Brigitte Bardot (88, has not been seen in public for ages and was already not too healthy about a decade ago) Shirley MacLaine (88) Alain Delon (87, I believe he had a stroke several years ago, too) Warren Beatty (85, if only because I have a feeling that if Shirley goes before him, he'll soon follow. The other way around, not so much. But he looked very frail in the most recent photos I've seen of him) Jane Fonda (85) Tina Turner (83, because she's had several severe health issues in the past decade) Michael J. Fox (61, I hope not, but his Parkinson's is obviously at a very advanced stage now) Wendy Williams (58) I got another one: Burt Bacharach died at 94.

^^ A lot easier to get another one when you've picked 30 names, most in their 80s-90s, don't you think? Most everyone else picked 5 or 6, because the original post said "Try not to get greedy by posting a long list naming as many celebrities as you can think of."

Would have posted 5 or 6 short lists. But hey, the oldest on the list is still alive, so it's still no guarantee the golden oldies will die this year. I'll enter a new, SINGLE, one: Madonna. I think the chance exists that she will croak like Michael Jackson. Not the exact same way, but he - too - announced a big tour and did not even make it to the first date. I think Madonna might make it on stage, but then either lack of fitness, some secret illness, or yes, maybe even some pharmaceutical help to make it on stage will kill her during her tour.

You just don't get it, do you? It's a game, and there are rules. You broke the rules. And now you're adding ANOTHER person? smh

I'm picking Bruce Willis. Could be years yet, but the ending for people with dementia is that eventually they forget how to swallow.

Yoko Ono had a stroke? What? Here I sit thinking she's fine at her 90th birthday and now this... They took Christine McVie and Vivienne Westwood from me in a span of one week, I need Yoko to hang in there for a bit longer.

None of you lucky people had professional hatemonger Pat Robertson on your list? No? Well never mind, he's gone now aged 93. The fact that he popped off during Pride month is just a sweetener.
