How sweaty, unwashed and sloppy Justin Bieber always looks.... You can see the effort, but still. Hailey and Kendall look so unremarkable and so damn unsexy (to me). Skinny white girls, interchangeable and plain. I don't really like Winnies costume, but she has presence.

Also, I blame Paris Hilton. It's like Halloween is their only excuse to wear garters and hose in public and they're taking it, dammit! It's not a costume because what exactly are they dressed as? |
