I hate to brag, but my feet are pretty perfect. None of this second toe longer than the first. I guess I would say Egyptian, but not that much of a decline. I also have a high arch, and they don't make shoes for high arched people anymore.

I also have a high arch, and they don't make shoes for high arched people anymore. greek was considered aesthetically pleasing and was the ideal for most classical art in classic times  and i hear you about the high arch. i have a hard time finding flats with any kind of arch support, most of them have nothing which hurts my feet as much as high heels. |
