This is an idiot American question - why do they still refer to themselves as the Duke & Duchess of Sussex? If you break ties with the monarch, wouldn't you drop the titles?

Also I love when people do ornate things with their signature (like Meghan's M hat) - I love seeing people's signatures.

You can be stripped of your title or choose not to use your title but he wasn't stripped of them and although he's not a working royal he is still a member of the royal family. So, he will always be a Prince (birth) but she may not always be a Duchess (marriage).



I hadn't taken much notice of their signatures but I'd love a (real) graphologist's take. I think that they say a lot about them.

The Daily Heil is, predictably, frothing at the mouth over the Sussex's "Joyful Holiday Season" card and deliberately ignoring that the US celebrates multiple holidays around this time of year. I expect that we are only a few days away from a "Meghan's Plot to MURDER Father Christmas!" headline.  Speaking of which, other highlights from the Heil today include blaming Harry and Meghan for speeding up the Queen's death (apparently being 96 had nothing to do with it, nor did having her favourite son outed as a nonce who used trafficked teenagers and having to pay millions to bail him out) and there's even an article that somehow manages to blame them for Lady Susan Hussey being made to step down after the racist remarks she made to Ngozi Fulani (if Chuck and Bill hadn't been so scared of being tarred as racists because of Harry and Meghan they never would have issued a statement condemning racism). 

Meanwhile over at The Scum Sun newspaper, tv presenter, general overgrown boor and gratuitous xenophobe Jeremy Clarkson decided to share his own misogynistic sexual fantasies opinion in his regular column for the shitrag publication. Here's a sample.




Yes, that's right. According to Jezza Meghan is worse than serial murderess, rapist, torturer and child abuser Rose West, the woman who raped and murdered at least nine women including her 8 year old stepdaughter and her own 16 year old daughter.  Not that this seems to have harmed his standing with members of the totally not racist Royal family - guess who has been pictured today attending a private celebrity lunch party in London alongside the Queen Consort...

I slept on this and am even more outraged this morning. So unhinged and hateful. Another old white guy screaming at the sky. I’m sure he wishes for the old days, when he didn’t need to be troubled by uppity women of color tainting his Royal Family. I’m sure they will respond with vigor, distancing themselves from this hateful, violent rhetoric against a member of their family.

I know that we are all on a gossip site and we've all been snarking and saying shit about celebs for decades, but I don't understand this trend of straight up spewing hate. I casually follow this YouTube gossip site and some of the things I read, I just don't understand why a) these people are wasting their time watching these YouTubers that they supposedly hate and b) then take the time to write about how much they hate them and what pieces of shit they are. Isn't is much easier to just not think about the people that you hate??

This asshat has to write about how he can't sleep because of Meghan Markle?? Seriously?  Well, she should be proud, doesn't sound like he deserves the peace of a good night's rest.

o0amber0o I assumed he was joking about not being able to sleep because of her. Just seems too ridiculous to be true. I think he wrote the whole piece as an exaggeration to get attention, but you just know he actually thinks like that.

I’m American, and although I never had a a huge fondness for Diana, Ive never liked Camilla, and that hasn’t softened. I can understand embracing her because she is where she is now there’s nothing to be done. But whoo boy, she’s having a bad couple of weeks, publicity wise. Not that I feel sorry for her because its of her own making. I haven’t watched the H&M documentary, but Ive read that she’s not mentioned, or pictured, at all. I’m guessing Harry is none to fond of his Evil Stepmother, and this will probably seal the deal on whether or not they return for the Coronation.
