^^^^^ it's the cut, most of it is in jest, especially the queen comment that said, he literally gestured at an aid with his teeth to remove a tray from his desk that was getting in the way of his signature and i don't see the tabloids making a fuss about it in the UK but markle is called rude for not wanting to hand over a bouquet of flowers and literally saying thank you, i appreciate it to another aid...

Oh yeah, it's just that too many people tend to take shit that they read online as being gospel, even if it's satire in a magazine or just some random person raving on Twitter. Having said that, outlets like the Fail are certainly not helping the matter with headlines declaring "Readers turn on Meghan's new favourite magazine, The Cut..."

If true about Meghan and Harry planning their own walkabout, I think William just saved them from further ridicule. Also has anyone else seen the video of Meghan being snotty to the aid who tried to take the flowers from her? It was only on the second attempt with a second aid where Harry had to intervene to tell her to hand over the flowers.. its pretty funny. She looks annoyed. It’s done for safety reasons but Meghan doesn’t like to listen to anyone. 1. re: walkabout. or william didn't want to be upstaged by harry and meghan. *shrugs* 2. re: the aide. i didn't see the big deal or that she looked snotty/annoyed. What is with the constant narrative of them upstaging William and Kate? The royal family is not a popularity contest.. it’s about being a team player to support the monarchy. Harry and Meghan have done nothing but bitch and complain about the royal family and tell a heap of whopping lies. What makes them think that anyone wants to see them? Being with Kate and William probably saved them from being boo’ed again. Will have to agree to disagree.. she looked like a passive aggressive bitch declining to let the guy take the flowers. Flowers could be used to hide all sorts of dangerous things, hence why an aid will take the flowers to protect the royal. Did she not want protection? ETA: it also frees up their hands to continue greeting people.

It was my understanding that she didn't hand the flowers over because she'd promised the people who gave them to her that she'd personally add them to the collection of other flowers that had been left to honor the Queen. I can only imagine how she would've been ripped apart had she pledged to take the flowers over there only to hand them off to an aid and forget about them.

NO. these people don't work where i do. this was not a tantrum compared to what i've seen in the work place.

Then again, I work in the travel AND entertainment industry (I do music touring travel) so I witness worse several times a day. People clutching their pearls over that display really need to get a grip and be thankful they're not subjected to actual tantrums on a daily basis.

i'm not in the entertainment industry but i can't even imagine the tantrums you have been subjected to. oy.
what chuck did doesn't compare. and meghan being a passive aggressive bitch? did not see it. these actions wouldn't have even been acknowledged in my workplace.

When you've seen a grown ass man turn and entire crap table over and start screaming at everyone...that's a damn tantrum.

Actually, the royal family is a popularity contest, and they should be on notice to remember it. Or they could all be "laid off."
No doubt they are taking pains to make sure they can still be rich as fuck even if they get the boot.

it's not a tantrum per se but it's petulant, entitled behaviour. if someone gestured at a waiter like that in a restaurant, it would be considered asshole behaviour and a major red flag. but ironically the one getting reams of articles written about her is MM because of the flower thing. and harry, the only family member who actually served (yeah i know andrew was in the falklands but i would be surprised if he was actually ever really at risk), is the only one denied the right to wear a uniform with charles making an exception for the disgraced pervert but not his own son who was in afghanistan twice and, you know, didn't cavort with billionaire paedophiles and cost mummy £12 million in settlement... i don't see perpetual victimhood so much as a perpetual double standard that continues even now that the old guard got what it wanted and H and M are out of the country and basically the family.

The Queens 8 grandchildren, Prince William, Prince Harry, Princesses Beatrice, Eugenie, Lady Louise, James Viscount Severn, Peter Phillips, Zara Tindall will mount a vigil at the coffin on Saturday
Prince Harry WILL be in military uniform “at the King’s request”.
The vigil by the grandchildren will last 15 minutes. The new Prince of Wales will stand at the head of the coffin. Prince Harry will stand at the foot. Both in military uniform. Other grandchildren will be in morning coat or dark formal dress.
Palace source: “the grandchildren, at the King’s invitation, are very keen to pay their respects - just as their parents are doing the evening before”.

Camilla has been managing Charles' temper tantrums for years, as that's her main duty. Swapping out a pen for her is no biggie.
