Wow, I just watched the video and looked at the rest of the photos. She really looks like she's tweaking. What is tweaking? Does that refer to a specific drug? (I'm completely ignorant about the drug scene.) |

It's also a reference to being so strung out and desperate for drugs that you are crawling on your hand and knees on the floor for some spilled heroin, cocaine, etc. |
