Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't this guy have a young son? With all these issues he's still breeding???

Yeah, I was going to say, he definitely needs home care of some sort. I worked with someone whose father needed 24hr/day care because he hit himself in the head with a cabinet door and the doctor reported the case. He was in his 90s and did definitely need help, but he wasn't doing anything close to this and still had his wits about him. Gary's a danger to himself and others and I can't even believe his family let him drive. eta - looked at the pics on DM and he's smile is crooked. I wonder if he's had a stroke. That could be due to the cancerous tumor they removed from his sinuses |

Well, my first thought was eww dirty old man, but reading about his brain damage (which I didn't know or forgot) it makes more sense. Unfortunately, unless he's declared incompetent, there's really nothing his family can do to stop him from attending these things or driving. But with these charges, he probably won't be invited anywhere and who knows if his "diminished capacity" will help him with the criminal charges. His face has looked wonky since the accident, particularly his eyes.
His son Jake was brutally honest describing his father's condition which I'm sure has gone downhill since the interview 3 years ago. At 78, there could be other things at play like dementia. (as eva posted about upthread)
