Ugh, my in-laws used to give gifts like this. Narcissistic indeed! I laughed because my grandmother did the same. Went to Olan Mills and had pictures taken of herself and gave them to my sister and me for Christmas. I probably had the same look on my face as that guy in the picture.  omg. my grandma did the same thing. no clue why. she was not narcissistic at all. maybe it's a relic of a different time? The girls are beautiful, even the allegedly “chunky” one. 🤣🙄 Hehe, hilarious. No need for air quotes or pussyfooting terms. Chunky, like her dad, and like me. i thought it was funny. *shrugs* but yeah, a nice looking family. |

Yuck. I actually think Bea looked better chunky. She looks way scary here. Her gauntness makes her bug eyes and huge mouth look twice as large.
Speaking of, I think the "chunky" Dutch girl is actually the prettiest.

Not going to round robin this with you again. I used quotation marks simply because the label of “chunky” is interpretive. You may find her “chunky” but I don’t but I will forever now have her picture in my mind labeled as “the chunky one”. I think they bought those dresses at Target who have been doing pioneer woman chic the last few years. |

Royal sources revealed to The Mirror that he is 'determined' to update the institution after struggling to 'move on' from the bad press and will complete a root-and-branch review The newspaper also claimed both William and Kate personally interviewed two 'star' people to lead a 'new-look communications team'. The candidates, described as a man and a woman, in their 30s and both former civil servants, have since been rejected due to 'not being anywhere close to up to it'. One source said: 'It is pretty clear that the Cambridge's need a drastic rethink. They are asking themselves whether there is enough diversity in their team – and they already know the answers.' Another added: 'You can’t think outside the box if everyone is sitting comfortably in the same one. 'In dealing with sensitive issues, such as the ones they met on the tour, if they aren’t in tune with what is going on in the world they will be left fighting for their futures.' not that they don't need an overhaul, but it's also not correct to assume that the whole tour was just their doing. a lot of the ceremonies, the car rides, the military protocol, are commonwealth protocol and are still the norm in the countries they visited, and weren't simply orchestrated by w&k and their team but done in coordination with the foreign ministries of the countries they visited in accordance to their national ceremonial protocol.
it's going to take a whole lot more than just new PR people for tours to other countries to look any different than they have in the past.

Abrupt talks, my ass. What it's going to take is what they don't have the balls to do. They'll carry on with their same tone deaf bullshit where they move a millimeter in the direction they need to while the world around them changes in leaps and bounds. When they periodically notice it's all crumbling however, they will make sure to release yet another article that they're planning on implementing some changes. And then they will keep on with not changing shit.
The only thing I'm sure will happen is the death, alienation or otherwise loss of a couple more family members. This seems to be the only thing that happens to shake shit up around there. But not really. Whoever is next in line to continue the same bullshit will step up to the plate like they've been spoon-fed to do since birth.

It's good that she'd gained some weight, she does look terrible, though, her PS is so obvious as is the fact that she's always uncomfortable (in public?). Here, she looks as if she's about to burst into tears. Appearently Albert is the only genuinely nice and caring person in the whole Grimaldi clan, I hope he is kind to her. |
