He's not too terribly bulky. He has a waistline and some muscle definition. When I think bulky I think of a dude who looks like the michelin man. Or today's bodybuilders who have the unnaturally swollen look and that steroid bloat even when they're at competition bodyfat levels.

Has not skipped leg day. Lots of mass on those legs. Not sure what is up with him and this new-found muscle program after he turned 40.

Yeah, his legs looks like solid rock. Definitely not missing leg day. Or arm day. And he has really good hair.

It looks like I am the only one who sees his legs as being much smaller compared to his upper body.  I guess it's a sign that I follow too many bodybuilders on youtube. |
