That purple thing looks like a really ugly nurse jacket. The red crocheted dress is the only thing I like here.

I know she has to maintain a certain level of lean thinness being a celebrity, but if she were an ordinary person and could carry an extra 10-15 pounds she would look so much younger in the face.

I don't think I would fixate on her face so much if I don't remember how different it looks compared to when she first became famous ("Dawson's Creek"). It's not fair to judge someone against how they looked 25 years ago, but the difference is pretty striking. It reminds me a lot of Justine Bateman, who also had this cherubic-looking face but now looks pretty gaunt. Another one is Jennifer Connelly.  |

It's something that could be anywhere from halfway to almost totally remedied for these ladies with 10-15 pounds of extra weight.
They feel they have the need to stay ridiculously thin. Much thinner than any of them were at 25.
It's why as much as I have this mindset that I need to get back to the weight I was in high school (because I actually feel like I could at this point), I know that my face could start to look gaunt like this if I did. And if it does, I'll stop.
