Has she had facial fillers? I know that baby weight can sometimes hit your face hard but there's something about her that looks... not right.

I think she's just pregnant and enjoying some food, LOL. It happens, probably the only respite for model types like her so I refuse to hate.
Her face looks suspiciously like the moon-face people get from prednisone.

Whilst I’m not going to criticize any woman for enjoying a sandwich especially when they’re pregnant, she looks like her entire body is about to explode. Her face especially looks like a balloon you’ve blown too hard, maybe it’s a normal pregnancy thing, I wouldn’t know, but damn that is a tad scary
And even with her pre pregnancy model body, that bondage meets Bollywood dress needs to burn in the fires of hell.
