Cher, Ronnie Spector Beyonce 🤣 As you can see, I have no clue LOL about Beyonce. I'm gonna call CDAN Shimmy (remember that load of BS?) shenanigans on this. I think he/she, whatever CDAN is now, just made it up or exaggerated to make it sound extra shocking. For example, it could be Tina/Ike or any abuser who's got a female star under his thumb and the woman went along with it because she couldn't leave but she couldn't stop him either. On account of the abuse. And the murders sound like they can't be proven or else they already would have been. That's the classic CDAN exaggeration speculation. This is exactly what I was thinking but was having trouble putting it into concise words. It's kind of meant to sound like a Karla Homolka situation but it could also very well be more of a manipulated, Stockholm Syndrome situation. Don't get me wrong, I still love a good blind item, but Enty has also posted similar criminal blinds in the past (Don Henley comes to mind, though his blind was definitely him and at least half true per police reports at the time) and AFAIK nothing's come of it. I guess we'll see.

Here you go. I heard this story years before Enty (or Himmm) brought it up, but I only heard the part about the one girl OD'ing at Don Henley's house, not any of the rest of it. CDAN
eta - here's a summary of the original story. I love how Don took "all the blame" from his roadies. How generous. I mean, it happened in HIS house... link

Thanks Waterside! And holy shit. What a horrifying story . That police report seems to back up at least some of it.

I don’t think I ever saw that Don Henley blind. How disgusting. Sometime in the 1990's, right after Julia Phillips' bridge-burning memoir "You'll Never Do Lunch in this Town Again" came out, some anonymous California prostitutes put out a book called "You'll Never Make Love in this Town Again". Don Henley featured very prominently in it, basically depicted as an insatiable wild man. Gary Busey was in there, too, in very unflattering terms. The consensus was that you should be very wary of someone who is (Henley) or was (Busey) a rock and roll drummer. Ironically, the one celeb who came off really well in that book was John Ritter. I think the authors would have done him for free. The other thing that really stood out for me with Henley was the speculation over who the subjects were of the song "Life in the Fast Lane". I think the popular consensus was that it was about Lindsey Buckingham (brutally handsome) and Stevie Nicks (terminally pretty). But the stanza below is incredibly ironic: The knew all the right people They took all the right pills They threw outrageous parties They paid heavenly bills

I'm a Fleetwood Mac fan since 1979, the things you hear, the stuff you witness at a concert, it always ends with the fact that Lindsey, as pretty as he used to be, has always been a complete diva and an aggressive asshole of epic proportions. Stevie had been on the fast lane for far longer than him, but she'd never been as mean and jealous as him. At one point Don henley even wanted to marry her, but she'd rather abort his baby, took her silver spoon and rocked on.
^^^That is a song reference.

I always thought that "Sara" was some kind of ode to the baby that Nicks was pregnant with from Don Henley. Apparently, that was a claim by Henley. But the Wiki entry says that Sara was a best friend of Nicks' that got in between her and Mick Fleetwood. And Fleetwood was the "great dark wing within the wings of a storm", providing stability after she left Buckingham. These lyrics, though, sound much more like Henley: "I think I had met my match - he was singing" Fleetwood's not a singer, and the lothario Henley would be more than a match for even a fastlaner like Nicks.

I'm still in shock they kicked out Lindsey after like 50+ years.

^^^in the end, he should thank his lucky stars and FM for that. He had a very serious heart attack while they were touring without him. He'd probably been alone in a hotel room somwhere where he'd certainly would have died if he'd toured with FM.
And he deserved to be fired. He was constantly nitpicking on stevie for decades until she finally had enough.

He was constantly nitpicking on stevie for decades until she finally had enough. He is a great talent, but kind of a weirdo. I didn't realize until I read interviews with him that made it seem like he never emotionally developed past a certain age. He had sniped at BOTH Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie's post-FM careers, saying they were doing something like lounge-act ripoffs of FM. Which is just dumb. I do have to say that Buckingham's post-FM work has been pretty different and enjoyable, but not nearly as commercially successful. By the way, I just Googled Buckingham, and he is starting to look like the unholy love child of Christopher Walken and Art Garfunkel:
