As in - the angel of death who separates souls from their bodies? What did he do to Elvira?

Nothing yet. And vice versa. But there's been some minor hissing vs barking incidents.
When they're allowed to access to the same areas it's not without supervision.

Azrael was the name of Gargamel's cat in The Smurfs!

Ah! Sorry I didn’t watch the smurfs. I had an eye test today & my sight is better than I thought (pleased). I also had a contact lense appointment & I should get some on Thursday….. ETA - picked up 15 pairs of (free) contacts today. Wore the 1st pair for 3-ish hours, I had a reaction to some face cream last night/this morning so not ideal. They are multi-focal but I think he gave me computer-screen-distance as reading my phone is a bitch Amazing though, I can’t believe that I left this so long….

Finally authorised myself to spend some money and got myself a nw pair of roller skates Been eyeing those Moxi for a while now, I hope my hobbit-wide feet fit in them as I read they're rather narrow. This time I went with a pair in suede fabric, not PVC as my former skates, hoping they'll shape to my feet. (Seriously I have ridiculously wide feet. It's ridiculous XD) I usually never buy animal products that are not second hand, but my feet have been hurting for 8 months in my previous skates ^^' Anyways, can't wait to receive them and try them on, I'll get them some funky wheels after a while (And I'll change the laces, I actually hate animal prints, but the Lollies from Moxi were way too expensive, it'll be cheaper to change the laces)

i sympathise as a fellow wide foot haver. i had an amazing shoe guy in new york who would widen shoes and basically break them in for me with expandable shoe molds. and for pretty cheap. the only cobbler near me in DC charged more than double so i did some research and bought some shoe wideners on amazon for when i buy shoes with particularly stiff leather that will give me blisters, or that are a bit too narrow. as long as they're leather you can stretch most shoes

Love those roller skates. My daughter just discovered a love of roller skating and we've been going fairly often. I'm getting better, but can't figure out how to properly stop or how to turn corners with crossing over one leg. We skate here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oaks_Park_Roller_Skating_Rink and it's so fun and old. There are two hallway areas - one straight & flat to safely practice with the newbies. The other is has slight hills. There's an organ that hangs from the ceiling and on certain days they play it, other days it's just popular music.

A $125 14K gold ring from TJ Maxx that's chain link. I'm in a shitty mood from work (had to take a mandatory "quiz" today on work knowledge and included on the quiz are questions about stuff I do not deal with and have not been trained on. I needed a 95; I got an 80. I'm both pissed and disappointed.), so I went shopping. I really like it.

Well I finally took a road trip yesterday and picked up the big red fox. I love him! Still don't know where I will put him permanently, for now he's on my coffee table. burnt_toast , you should definitely check the place out next time you visit Elkhart. That can't be too far from downtown Goshen. Three floors of all kinds of cool and quirky stuff. I bought these pillows I had seen on their facebook page, I just knew they would match my new loveseats and they are perfect!

New sunglasses now that Lasik got rid of my glasses. I never wore sunglasses because it was too much hassle to 1) get Rx sunglasses, and 2) take off my regular ones and switch them out. The style name is Jackie Ohhh I got duel-vision contacts! (Go me!) I have them so they are distance & computer screen length & the contact guy told me to buy a cheap pair of +1 glasses for near stuff. I did & I am loving it!

I'm glad they're working for you! Interesting, I wonder if it's the same as what they called "monovision" when I did lasik. The guy gave me some "monovision" contacts to see if i wanted that treatment. Essentially it's one contact for distance, the other for near. Your brain supposedly adjusts automatically which vision to use as needed. I couldn't stand it myself, it was hard to focus at either distance because it felt so distracting to have one eye always blurry.
Maybe they didn't quite nail the right prescription, but I wasn't taking a chance on getting a permanent treatment and having that be the outcome.

They are duel vision on a single contact - on the box they have two prescriptions. I couldn’t do with the one and one thing, it would have driven me nuts!
They are Alcon Dailies Total 1 that are multi focal - I was trying to find their webpage & couldn’t.

I think I'm planning a trip to Elkhart in the next month or so, definitely headed to Goshen! It's probably 15 minutes from my mom's house! I can't believe such a great place is up there in Goshen! Aside from the international markets in Goshen there's never been any good shopping. This is brilliant. I'm so tickled you mentioned it.

Update on the skates: My big ass feet fit in them XD They are a tad tight without being uncomfortable so I hope the leather stretches a bit, I am keeping them. And because I'm keeping them, I did buy black laces, and I found some scrap leather at my local second hand store so I'll be making myself some toeguards, and a friend of mine 3D printed me some jam plugs <3
Just bought a phone case with my company's logo on it, it's really nothing, but it makes me ridiculously happy XD
